Spiced Rum Sour

Spiced Rum Sour

Bold and bright this one’s not shy on flavour. The spice from Chapter One balances with pineapple, and honey while the foam top serves up that signature sour cocktail contrast.

Ingredients

  • 40ml Vapoura Chapter 1
  • 20ml lime juice
  • 20ml pineapple juice
  • 15ml 2:1 honey or agave syrup
  • 15ml egg white
  • Angostura Bitters
  • Maraschino cherry

Equipment

  • Rocks Glass
  • Cocktail Shaker
  • Strainer
  • Bar Measure

Method

1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the rum, lime juice, pineapple juice, sugar syrup, and the egg white.


2. Shake hard for 10 seconds and strain into a rocks glass


3. Garnish with a few Angostura drops to taste and a maraschino cherry
