Chocolate Shop began life on the cocktail menu at Ugly Butterfly, Chef Adam Handling’s acclaimed restaurant where craft is treated with reverence and flavour is anything but an afterthought. When conversations started between Adam’s team and Vapoura, it quickly became clear this wasn’t simply a collaboration – it was a natural alignment. Two makers, rooted in the same landscape, working to the same exacting standards.
Handcrafted from scratch at our English distillery just down the road: Vapoura brings Chapter Two’s signature chocolate-leaning character to the glass with Adam’s team bringing the balance, finesse and restraint that defines their drinks. The result is an Espresso Martini reimagined: Chapter Two blended with coffee liqueur and salted caramel, delivering a silky, decadent finish that feels suitably indulgent.. Bottled with care. Ready to pour. Nothing left to chance.
This is our first foray into the world of ready-to-drink cocktails, and it felt only right that it should begin at home. Local luxury, distilled and designed within the same Cornish air. A meeting of small-batch rum and small-batch chocolate, where every detail has been considered and nothing rushed.

Each 500ml bottle yields five generous 100ml serves. Place the bottle in the freezer for one to two hours, then pour into a frozen martini glass. No shakers, no theatrics – just craft, chilled to perfection.
For the ultimate expression of the collaboration, pair Chocolate Shop with four hand-painted chocolates from the Adam Handling Chocolate Shop in Covent Garden: Cornish Brown Butter, Coffee & Pecan, Toasted Cinnamon and Woodruff Caramel. Almost too beautiful to eat. Almost.
